I am always looking for a good gift ideas under $20 since this is normally our spending limit for our childrens’ friends during the holidays. Not too long ago we received a John Deere Roll and Go Flashlight in to demo from Learning Curve and I was really surprised at how well my 18 month old and 5 year old seemed to take to this toy.
First of all at 18 months, you can’t expect much attention span with anything, especially when it comes to toys. Though Elliot decided that the John Deere Toy Flashlight was hilarous. Everytime I clicked up open and the engine starts up and the light shines bright, he would nearly scream with laughter. He is able to pull the trigger himself but much prefers mom to do that for him.
The John Deere Roll and Go Flashlight is very tough. It has been tossed down a flight of 23 stairs and survived. We have yet to exchange the batteries; so I would say the life of the product pretty is excellent.
My five year old uses this for his nightly bathroom or to mom’s room trips. It never fails that I see him and that little green tractor in the middle of the night. I almost welcome the light on the way back to his room as I would probably sub a toe or something otherwise.
Young John Deere fans will love this John Deere Roll N Go Flashlight. A simple squeeze of the trigger activates engine sounds and turns on the light. Free rolling wheels for addtional play value. Has auto light shutoff.
All in all, the John Deere Roll and Go Flashlight is being well used in our home and for under $13 it is a steal of a deal. You can buy the John Deere Tractor Flashlight at Toys R’ US and Target (in stores and online) for $12.99 this holiday season.
