The Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Pie by Barbara’s Cookie Pies is like eating a big, crumbly Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, only better. Which I heart those little cups, this cookie pie offers an amazing flavor punch. First thing I noticed was the buttery pie crust. It was so perfect that it held the pie together but just melted in my mouth. Then the layer of peanut butter which to my surprise was just barely sweet. You can taste what it was mean to be, making me get that homemade feel. By adding the thin layer of chocolate between the crust and pb layer and the drizzle on the top, I found myself in food marital bliss.
