Grilled Salmon Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce
Salmon
- 1 pkg. Gorton’s lemon butter salmon fillets
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 ½ Cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Cucumber peeled and small diced
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Dill
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- ¾ teas Salt
- ¼ teas pepper
Wrap
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 Roma tomato seeded and diced
- ¼ yellow onion diced
- 1 pkg. Feta cheese
- Several iceberg lettuce leaves torn length wise in 1 in. strips
Instructions
- Cook Salmon fillets according to Package directions.
- When done cut each fillet length wise into four long pieces.
- While it is cooking make sauce.
Tzatziki Sauce
- In medium bowl mix all ingredients well.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until salmon is done cooking.
Wraps
- Warm tortillas in microwave 2 at a time approximately 15 seconds.
- Place 3-4 lettuce leaf strips onto each tortilla.
- Spread 2 Tbsp. of sauce on top of lettuce.
- Place two of the salmon quarters on each tortilla end to end.
- Put tomato, onion and feta cheese on the side and add to your personal taste.
