Britax B-Agile Stroller Review

About Britax:

BRITAX has been a leader in mobile safety for more than 70 years, with a legacy of leadership in developing innovations that enhance the safety of child car seats and improve their ease of installation and use. Our uncompromising focus has made BRITAX the best-selling child car seat in Europe and one of the brands most trusted by American parents and caregivers since entering the U.S. market in 1996. Our commitment to improving child safety is unparalleled, as evidenced by the fact that our products undergo the most rigorous testing in our industry at five BRITAX testing facilities worldwide. We also work closely with vehicle manufacturers to encourage design improvements that enhance the performance of child car seats. In addition, we maintain an ongoing dialogue with consumers, child passenger safety technicians and other child safety advocates to ensure proper installation and use of child seats and develop new ideas to improve their safety and ease of use.

Britax B-Agile Stroller includes a superior line of features that provide maximum safety and comfort for your child while offering confidence for its operator. The one-handed folding design allows you to pack the stroller in seconds. With a simple unlock via button and one-handed left by pulling up the center strap; the Britax compacts into place and is ready to toss into your car or store for later use. This stroller is only 16.5 pounds and you should see me tossing it in the back of my suv. Woosh! It is that easy and fast. Wanna see it again? Woosh!

The supportive seat features a no-rethread, five-point harness system which adjusts to your child as they age. I would not buy a stroller or carseat if it did not have a 5pt harness. It is a must have security feature. I also found that the 5 point close was easy enough for me to open and close but my son no matter how are he tries cannot. I love a stroller he cannot escape from every time I turn my back. The infinite-recline seat allows you to bring the seat back in various positions as needed. It seems to lay almost all the way back (like a 20% angle left). This feature also allows for changes around baby/toddlers shoulders as needed for height adjustments.

The B-Agile stroller includes an extra-large canopy. In fact it is the largest of all the strollers we have owned and tested. This benefit allows me to completely shield baby from sun and front view which is ideal when napping or windy. The canopy has a three-tiered close allowing for the right amount of cover for your activity. I even enjoy the velcro peek opening at the top and so does my little guy. It reminds him that mommy is still her; he only need to look up.

Being a mom of 4, I adore the large basket for storage on the under carriage. I can stuff diapers, wipes, cups, snacks and even my purse with no problem. I think you will find this to be a feature you will enjoy but may not have thought of needing before you buy.

Of course I am not little E and have no way of telling you what the ride feels like, but I can tell you how smooth this stroller is to drive. The comfort-ride suspension allows for low bounce even on rougher terrain (grassy hills, rocky roads, etc). I managed to even keep my little man asleep during a nature walk. I know amazing!

Another driving B-Agile feature is the 360 ease of turn. I can stand in one place and spin this stroller in a circle. It has the glide I have come to enjoy and find it now to do without. Note I like to shop in places that sometimes require a bit of crafty momma driving to make it through the aisles successfully.

No stroller is complete without a parking brake and the B-Agile takes this to a new level with a single lever push to lock both rear wheels in place. The only thing we found to be missing is a cup holder for mom which of course is available to purchase separately.
