Back to school shopping is so much fun for my boys. Especially for my seven year old, Elliot that still lets mom buy whatever she wants and he usually gladly wears it. I often think we might share the same style patterns or at least we both have great taste in fashion. Thus we have claimed our Back to School Favorites: Tea Collection Scotland at the top!
One of my very favorite places to shop every since my teen daughters were born is Tea Collection. They offer a variety of designs inspired by locations around the globe for boys and girls alike. And as a traveling family, we really enjoy bringing pieces like these home and often seek out companies that support worldly ideas.
Tea Collection’s new arrivals and most recent collection was inspired by Scotland, which is the location we have yet to visit and is high on our bucket list. My son actually help shop online and carefully *or with giddiness* selected a few items from the collection that he just had to have.
Mr. E is a very causal guy and cotton pants and super soft shirts are his holy grail of fashion. He feel in love with the Peaceful Graphic Tee right away. To my surprise, I read that 100% of the proceeds from this very t-shirt are give back.
Created from 100% cotton jersey, this amazingly soft tee is washer friendly and is decorated with an original graphic design inspired by Halo Scotland! A definite winner in his book and mom approved.
We paired Tea Collection’s Peaceful Graphic Tee with a pair of Zip Pocket Joggers in medium heather grey. Easy and comfortable, these joggers are ready for adventure at a moment’s notice.
The Zip Pocket Joggers are created from 86% cotton, 14% polyester. They have an elastic waistband for easy dressing and contrast zipper pockets in yellow for added style. I adore this set together. So comfortable Mr. E says and they wash fantastically.
Being Iowa natives, the Fall tends to come swiftly and with the beautiful colors also comes the cold. So, we like to plan our fall/winter wardrobe starting in September when the long sleeves first start making their way on the shelves. After all, the best way to grab the trendy styles before they are sold out is to buy early.
In our fall/winter wardrobe you can find a few more pieces from the Halo Scotland line from Tea Collection. Elliot started this outfit selection by selecting his favorite Colorblock Zip Hoodie in Oasis. This piece offers so much color and heavily lined fabric that it is ideal to go from the low 70’s into the 50’s with ease. Plus, I think he just loved how bright the blue and orange accents called to his wild nature.
The Colorblock Zip Hoodie is 86% cotton, 14% polyester and again machine washable. This piece sports a zip front with orange ribbon accent and front pockets to keep his hands in when cold.
To match, we went with Side Stripe Sport Pants in Coal. These are 100% French terry cotton with elastic waistband and sporty contrast side stripes. These go perfectly side by side with the Colorblock hoodie and will make for one comfortable pair of pants later this fall.
Naturally, we wanted something artistic for his bright personality and thought the School of Art Graphic Tee in Frost was just perfect. There is so much going on in the graphic on this tee and it is displayed in bold colors and a joyful design.
This fun graphic was designed for Tea Collection by a student from the famous Glasgow School of Art. How cool is that? It is 100% cotton jersey. I do however suggest washing inside out and drying cool or air dry to preserve the design on the front.
