Did you know that the latest probiotic research suggests that live-active cultures of these friendly bacteria can help to prevent and treat a wide variety of ailments?
The word “probiotic” is a compound of two Greek words: “pro,” to signify promotion of and “biotic,” which means life. Their very definition is something that affirms life and health. Probiotics can help with a variety of different things including Women’s Health, Allergies, Immunity and more.
I recently had the opportunity to review ReNew Life’s Ultimate Flora Probiotics.
I chose the Daily Care Probiotic 15 Billion to base my review.
This formula includes 15 billion cultures and 10 strains of health-promoting Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli, carefully chosen for their natural presence in a healthy digestive system. This particular probiotic supplement helps maintain digestive health, restore digestive balance, promote immune health and defend against digestive upsets.
I had never taken a probiotic until my bottle of Daily Care 15 Billion arrived. A week in to taking it I felt “lighter” and actually felt a little cleaner from the inside out. It’s a feeling somewhat hard to describe, but I take it the probiotic is doing it’s job of regulating my digestive system. I have not had that typical bloated feeling after eating and my insides just feel healthier. As a Mom of 4 that’s extremely important. I also notice that I have not had near the heartburn that I would typically have pre pro-biotic. That allows me to not have to restrict as many foods. Major plus!
Another pro of this product is that it does not have to be refrigerated. If you’re going on a road trip, just toss it into your bag with no worries of it ruining.
