Motherhood Defined Confession: Low has been a co-sleeping champ since birth. Up until the last year, this has been something that just seemed natural. Though at some point in the middle of his 4th year, I began to question is it Co-Sleeping or am I being evicted from the bed?

No matter if we are home or on the go. No matter the size of the bed. Low is always rooting me completely off the bed. I often have to change sides 2 to 3 times a night. I have even went to sleep elsewhere, allowing him to fully claim the master bedroom.
Seriously, I am now beginning to understand why my husband has been sleeping on the couch for 5 years. I cannot even convenience Low to snuggle with his brother (who sleeps comfortable alone in a full size bed at age 8). While I love(d) having him near, I am to the point I would very much like a full nights rest. -a least 1 night a week, please-.
Do you have a longtime co-sleeper? If so how did you get them to sleep in their own room?
